EX Squared is seeking a Digital Product Owner to lead product development initiatives within our Research & Development function. This full-time role is central to shaping digital product strategy and execution.

What You'll Do

Own the product development lifecycle for digital initiatives within R&D.
Define and prioritize product features, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
Translate high-level business and R&D objectives into actionable product roadmaps.
Collaborate closely with development teams to ensure clear communication and delivery of product vision.

What We're Looking For

Proven experience as a Product Owner, Product Manager, or similar role in a digital product environment.
Background working within a Research & Development or innovation-focused function.
Strong ability to manage stakeholder expectations and drive consensus.
Experience with agile methodologies and tools for backlog management and sprint planning.
