EX Squared is seeking a Principal Product Manager, Growth to own the strategy and roadmap for our growth-focused product initiatives. This role is pivotal in defining how we acquire and retain users through product-led growth.
What You'll Do
- Define and own the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for growth initiatives
- Conduct market research, user interviews, and data analysis to identify high-impact opportunities
- Prioritize features and experiments based on potential impact on user acquisition and retention
- Collaborate with engineering, design, marketing, and analytics teams to ship and iterate on products
- Establish clear success metrics and KPIs, and monitor performance against goals
- Communicate product plans, progress, and insights to stakeholders and leadership
What We're Looking For
- 7+ years of product management experience, with significant focus on growth or consumer products
- Proven track record of shipping products that drive measurable user growth and engagement
- Strong analytical skills with experience using data to inform decisions and measure impact
- Excellent communication and storytelling skills to align teams and stakeholders
- Experience working in an agile development environment
- Ability to thrive in ambiguity and drive projects forward with autonomy
Nice to Have
- Experience in B2B SaaS or platform products
- Background in a startup or high-growth tech company environment
- Familiarity with experimentation frameworks and A/B testing methodologies
