Enova International is hiring a Senior Product Manager to support our NetCredit near-prime consumer lending business. In this hybrid role, you will define features, build business cases, and collaborate with stakeholders and engineering to create a competitive advantage and impact customers.
What You'll Do
- Drive product roadmaps through the collection of internal and external customer feedback.
- Coordinate with various departments to define requirements and prioritize the backlog.
- Identify new product features and trade-offs to establish a competitive advantage and enhance customer experience.
- Construct business cases and collaborate with stakeholders to secure buy-in.
- Work with Engineering to estimate size, elaborate on scope and requirements, clarify detailed design, and obtain sign-off on developed features before launch.
- Effectively advocate for your product area and communicate its value throughout the organization.
- Communicate key milestones, project updates, scope changes, and critical metrics to stakeholders and external partners.
- Use database queries to troubleshoot data quality and analyze performance indicators, evaluate experiments, etc.
- Define success criteria for testing and product acceptance.
What We're Looking For
- 5+ years of product management experience.
- Technical skills including knowledge of relational databases and using SQL to work with large data sets.
- Experience collaborating with agile teams and managing project milestones.
- Strong communication skills for engaging with diverse stakeholders, both technical and non-technical.
- Experience driving multiple projects through a full lifecycle.
- Demonstrated commitment to customer-centric solutions.
Nice to Have
- Product management experience with API management.

- Salary range: $96,400 - $139,400
