Responsibilities
- Examine job specifications to ready print jobs for execution on digital printing equipment
- Configure, input settings, and initiate print jobs from the digital queue system
- Inspect printed output for accuracy, content integrity, and image quality
- Operate post-press machinery including cutters, tabletop folders, creasers, and shrink tunnels to finish jobs
- Prepare completed jobs for dispatch, including packaging and labeling
- Evaluate incoming digital files from clients to confirm completeness prior to production
- Detect absent or flawed elements in submitted files and notify relevant support and production staff
- Collaborate with customer service, clients, and production teams to resolve job-related issues
- Produce color samples for client approval when required
