Anchour is looking for a Digital Media Manager to own paid media strategy and execution for a portfolio of clients. You will plan, launch, and optimize campaigns that drive measurable results, managing budgets and communicating performance in a collaborative, growth-oriented environment.
What You'll Do
- Plan, launch, and manage paid media campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, connected TV, and YouTube, with occasional programmatic involvement.
- Monitor campaigns daily, tracking pacing, performance, and budget delivery across all active accounts.
- Set up campaigns correctly from the start with proper structure, tracking, naming conventions, and attribution.
- Proactively adjust bids, budgets, targeting, and creative based on performance signals.
- Stay current on platform changes, new features, and best practices across Google and Meta.
- Develop media strategies that align with client goals.
- Test audiences, creative variations, and bidding strategies methodically.
- Make clear recommendations on where to invest, where to pull back, and why, backed by data.
- Manage significant media budgets across multiple clients simultaneously with a disciplined eye on pacing and efficiency.
- Build and maintain automated reporting systems that reduce manual work.
- Present results in a way that connects media activity to business outcomes.
- Support client reporting calls with prepared, confident analysis and clear next steps.
- Communicate proactively when something needs attention.
- Work closely with creative, strategy, and account teams to align media execution with broader campaign goals.
- Provide performance insights that inform creative direction and improve future work.
- Coordinate with project managers to ensure campaigns launch on time and run smoothly.
What We're Looking For
- 3+ years managing paid media at a digital or performance marketing agency.
- Hands-on expertise in Google Ads (Search, YouTube, Performance Max) and Meta Ads Manager.
- Comfortable managing significant paid media budgets across multiple clients simultaneously.
- Daily discipline: check campaigns every day, catch overspend/underspend/performance anomalies early, and act without being asked.
- Build automated dashboards and reporting workflows that reduce manual work.
- Explain performance data, what happened, why it happened, and what you're doing about it in language clients understand.
- Form opinions about what's working and what isn't, and make recommendations with confidence.
- Use AI tools to work smarter for research, reporting, copy testing, or strategy.
- Comfortable managing media for clients across different industries.
- Must be located in New England for this hybrid role.
