Media Cause is hiring a Digital Media Buyer/Media Specialist

About the Role

The ideal candidate will manage end-to-end media buying operations, including campaign planning, budget allocation, audience targeting, and performance analysis to ensure effective digital outreach and strong return on ad spend.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement digital media plans aligned with client objectives
  • Manage paid media budgets across platforms such as Google Ads, Meta, and programmatic networks
  • Conduct audience research to refine targeting strategies
  • Launch and monitor paid campaigns across search, social, and display channels
  • Optimize campaigns based on performance data and key metrics
  • Track and report on campaign KPIs including CTR, CPC, and conversion rates
  • Collaborate with creative teams to ensure ad content supports media goals
  • Negotiate ad placements and rates with vendors when applicable
  • Stay current with digital advertising trends and platform updates
  • Ensure compliance with advertising policies and brand guidelines
  • Utilize analytics tools to assess campaign effectiveness
  • Adjust bidding strategies to meet performance targets
  • Coordinate with account managers to align media plans with client goals
  • Maintain accurate records of media spend and campaign timelines
  • Conduct A/B testing to improve ad performance
  • Support the development of media proposals and RFP responses
  • Identify new opportunities for audience expansion
  • Manage retargeting and lookalike audience campaigns
  • Work with third-party verification and tracking tools
  • Ensure brand safety across all media placements
  • Provide recommendations for scaling successful campaigns
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of privacy regulations affecting digital ads
  • Assist in forecasting media performance and outcomes
  • Prepare post-campaign analysis reports for stakeholders
  • Contribute to process improvements in media operations
