What You'll Accomplish - Crafting Meaningful Experiences Develop and maintain website content utilizing Sitecore Content Management System. Execute SEO recommendations including metadata and copy adjustments. Potentially generate web page content or coordinate with internal/external writing resources. Conduct comprehensive website quality assurance by consistently monitoring site performance, identifying enhancement opportunities, and rectifying content inconsistencies like broken links and formatting issues. Synchronize online menu representations across platforms and align with print core menu specifications. Integrate promotional menu items into seasonal landing pages and external menu content channels. Email Marketing Coordination Master Salesforce Marketing Cloud and stay current with email marketing best practices. Facilitate email campaign testing, gather stakeholder approvals, and consolidate vendor feedback. Manage subscriber list updates through direct database interaction or vendor coordination. Collaborate with Marketing Manager for New Units to schedule and coordinate email deliveries. Support email vendor requirements and assist Ecommerce team in transactional email development, including abandoned cart, account creation, and order confirmations. Media and Asset Management Administer Sitecore CMS media library, implementing organized folder structures and comprehensive metadata. Identify and procure visual assets supporting online ordering, brand website, and email campaigns. Execute fundamental image editing tasks like cropping, resizing, and file optimization. Blog Strategy and Content Development Collaborate with digital team to establish blog content strategy. Coordinate editorial calendar and manage guest post interactions, including potential ghostwriting for organizational representatives. Generate Cracker Barrel Lifestyle blog content and manage publication. Reporting and Data Analysis Support monthly and quarterly marketing metric reporting by extracting data from multiple platforms including Google Analytics, Brandify, BrightEdge, Single Platform, and Salesforce Marketing Cloud. Implement and manage UTM tag protocols to accurately measure campaign performance and revenue. Utilize BrightEdge for organic search performance insights.
