Job Summary Operating under general oversight, oversee the management of current client portfolios. Tasked with handling an established set of accounts and driving revenue generation for assigned territories. Function as the primary contact point for all organizational offerings and cultivate strategic client engagement. Develop and sustain robust, enduring relationships with a designated customer segment to guarantee exceptional satisfaction levels. MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES: - Analyze account performance, pursue additional business opportunities within existing client base, and elevate account potential. May handle new client onboarding processes. - Generate market demand by collaborating with National & Regional account teams. - Establish and maintain sales territories across smaller markets, emphasizing sales growth and client relationship development. - Facilitate periodic strategic meetings to comprehend customer requirements and align them with organizational service strategies. - Synchronize sales projections with internal teams. Administer cooperative marketing funds and integrate new clients into organizational systems. - Develop innovative product solutions for current and prospective customers. - Continuously increase per-account revenue generation.
