About the Role

Kmdbrands is looking for a Digital Marketing Specialist to deliver high-impact digital campaigns across email, paid media, and onsite channels. This hands-on execution role focuses on ensuring campaigns are accurate, aligned, and ready to launch. What You'll Do

  • Translate trade campaign briefs into clear, actionable briefs for internal teams and agency partners.
  • Coordinate campaign elements including creative assets, product lists, copy, links, and landing pages.
  • Ensure messaging, product priorities, and offers are aligned across email, paid media, and onsite experiences.
  • Conduct detailed quality checks across campaign elements including URLs and UTMs, product accuracy and pricing, creative and messaging alignment, and landing page functionality.
  • Coordinate fixes across teams to ensure campaigns are launch-ready.
  • Support CRM campaign builds and digital campaign deployment processes.
  • Ensure campaign landing pages are accurate and aligned to messaging.
  • Identify and flag basic SEO issues such as broken links or missing metadata.
  • Work with SEO and content teams to ensure campaigns support organic visibility.
  • Manage campaign timelines, asset deadlines, and approvals.
  • Maintain campaign trackers and documentation.
  • Work closely with Trade, CRM, Creative, eCommerce, and agency partners to keep campaigns moving.
  • Contribute to post-campaign reviews with Performance and CRM teams.
  • Provide insights into campaign execution and operational improvements.
  • Support identification of optimization opportunities across channels.

This is a local-city role based in Christchurch, New Zealand or South Melbourne, Australia.
