About the Role

At b-good GmbH, we’re looking for a Digital Marketing Manager (B2B) to join us fully remotely within the EU. You’ll be the driving force behind turning our strong product story into measurable growth for adstrong, one of the worldwide leaders in the Google CSS ecosystem. This role offers direct impact, shaping how agencies and e-commerce brands perceive and engage with our platform.

What You'll Do

  • Plan, run, and optimize performance marketing campaigns across Google Ads, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, and Meta Ads.
  • Own paid media budgets end-to-end, including pacing, scaling, and performance-based allocation against clear KPIs.
  • Translate product strengths into clear, conversion-focused messaging across ads, funnels, and landing pages.
  • Test and scale funnels, creatives, and landing pages based on performance data and user behavior.
  • Set up and maintain tracking and attribution using Google Tag Manager and CRM tools like HubSpot.
  • Analyze performance across channels and the full funnel, turning insights into actionable improvements.
  • Use LinkedIn as a core B2B demand channel and support webinars and events where relevant.
  • Work closely with the team, taking ownership of outcomes rather than activities.

What We're Looking For

  • 3-5 years of experience in digital marketing, with strong hands-on expertise in performance marketing within a B2B or SaaS context.
  • Proven experience managing CPC-, CPM-, and CPA-based campaigns, primarily on Google Ads and/or LinkedIn Campaign Manager.
  • Hands-on experience with Google Tag Manager, web analytics tools (GA4, Plausible, or similar), and CRM-based attribution systems such as HubSpot, Salesforce, Pipedrive, or ActiveCampaign.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into optimization actions that drive pipeline and revenue.
  • Focus on impact over activity, optimizing toward clear business goals like efficiency, pipeline, and growth.
  • Take ownership, move fast, and learn through testing rather than waiting for perfect conditions.
  • Value open discussion, shared learning, and improving results together.
  • Business-fluent English (written and spoken).

Nice to Have

  • Meta Ads experience is a nice-to-have or a strong alternative if Google Ads or LinkedIn experience is lighter.
  • German language skills are a plus.
  • Experience with WordPress, Webflow, or Framer, including landing page optimization.
  • Basic design collaboration using tools like Figma or Canva.
  • Support of B2B webinars and onsite events.
  • Experience working in a startup or scale-up environment.
  • Familiarity with AI tools for marketing analysis or creative workflows.
