Responsibilities
- Plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns across Google and Meta and potentially other platforms in future.
- Manage property owner acquisition campaigns with messaging focused on yield, hands-off management, and revenue transparency
- Manage guest acquisition campaigns targeting Dubai travelers and short-stay intent audiences
- Own channel strategy, budgets, targeting, creative testing, and CAC goals
- Run continuous A/B tests on creatives, hooks, formats, and audience to improve campaign performance
- Launch new experiments to identify scalable growth angles and high-performing segments
- Ensure guest and property owner audiences are never mixed
- Set up and manage pixel-based retargeting for property page visitors, search and booking abandoners
- Run dynamic ads tied to specific units viewed and availability, pricing, and seasonal demand
- Reduce funnel drop-offs and recover lost revenue through smart retargeting strategies
- Optimize funnels to increase booking completion and conversion rates
- Optimize landing pages focused on Property Owners and Travelers to increase conversions. Ensure pages are mobile-first, fast loading, and conversion focused
- Improve booking CTAs, trust signals, reviews, and pricing clarity
- Continuously test and improve conversion rate and booking completion
- Manage organic social media accounts across Meta, TikTok, and LinkedIn
- Stitch up short-form content using existing property assets: property walkthroughs, guest experiences, and location highlights
- Use tools like Canva and CapCut to produce static and video content
- Coordinate influencer collaborations with clear deliverables and measurable impact
- Focus on trust, demand generation, and faster decision
- Leverage existing guest data to drive repeat bookings and lifetime value
- Set-up automation flows for post-stay follow-ups, rebooking nudges, seasonal offers, and referral incentives
- Ensure booking journey is seamless, trackable, and low-friction
- Use email as compounding ROI channel alongside paid media
- Regularly optimize property listings on Airbnb and Booking.com by improving content structure and language based on research and signals
- A/B test cover images, titles, and descriptions
- Optimize listings for click-through rate, conversion rate, and ranking signals
- Track impact on occupancy, ADR, and booking velocity
- Make data-driven improvements to increase platform-based revenue
Requirements
- 3-6 years of hands-on experience in digital and paid ads marketing
- Proven experience executing and coordinating campaigns
- Strong proficiency in Meta Ads, Google Ads, and (preferably) TikTok Ads
- Understanding of conversion rate optimization, funnels and retargeting, email marketing and automation
- Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze results and iterate quickly
- Strong execution skills with a commercial, results-focused approach
- Excellent written and spoken English
- Reliable internet connection (25+ Mbps), a dependable laptop, and a focused workspace to get started.

- Experience running campaigns for hospitality, travel, real estate, marketplaces, or e-commerce
