Pepperstone is looking for a Digital Marketing Executive to support our strategic objectives across acquisition, retention, and customer experience in Australia. In this role, you will be hands-on across all facets of digital marketing, from running paid campaigns to analysing performance data, contributing directly to our growth in a transformative global fintech.
What You'll Do
- Support the Performance Marketing Manager and the wider Australian marketing team in delivering activities across the marketing mix.
- Run paid search, display, native, video, and paid social advertising campaigns.
- Support the growth of our YouTube and social media accounts through organic content.
- Write copy for text ads, native ads, and social media posts.
- Prepare reports and analyse campaign performance, using insights to recommend optimisations.
- Share insights on key market trends and competitor activity.
- Review and optimise campaign landing pages with the goal of improving conversion rates.
- Assist with ad hoc department duties.
What We're Looking For
- Experience in digital marketing or a similar role.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Clear understanding of various marketing platforms and how best to communicate on each: Google Ads, Display & Video 360, Campaign Manager 360, Analytics 360, Tag Manager 360, Looker Studio, Microsoft Advertising and Apple Search Ads.
- Strong grasp of SEO and ASO principles.
- Extensive knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets.
- Effective planning and time management skills.
- Collaborative team player.

- Thrives in a nimble, fast-paced environment.
- Committed to ongoing learning and professional development.
