HSI is seeking a hands-on Digital Marketing Director to lead our global paid media strategy and execution. This role is accountable for optimizing our programs across the US, EMEA, and APAC to drive qualified leads, pipeline, and revenue growth for our B2B SaaS platform.
What You'll Do
- Own, lead, manage, and optimize large-scale paid digital campaigns across Google Ads, LinkedIn, Bing, and emerging channels targeting B2B SaaS buyers.
- Execute and optimize campaigns in the US, EMEA, and APAC, adapting messaging, targeting, and budget allocation to regional markets.
- Manage and strategically allocate a multi-million-dollar global paid media budget with focus on pipeline quality, CAC, and ROI.
- Partner with marketing, sales, and operations teams to ensure campaigns are integrated with the full customer journey from lead capture to Salesforce pipeline attribution.
- Perform hands-on optimization of Google Ads bids, LinkedIn targeting, A/B testing ad copy, and landing page conversion flows.
- Use Google Analytics, HubSpot, and Salesforce to measure performance, provide insights, and report to leadership on pipeline impact.
- Drive demand generation experiments, test AI-powered search, SEO innovations, and emerging paid channels.
- Track KPIs (MQL, SQL, ROI) and present actionable insights to leadership.
- Stay ahead of evolving B2B SaaS marketing trends including AI-driven targeting, intent data, and attribution models.
What We're Looking For
- 8+ years in B2B SaaS marketing with a track record of scaling demand generation programs contributing to pipeline and ARR growth.
- Demonstrated success running paid media campaigns across multiple international markets (US, EMEA, APAC) including localized targeting and budget allocation.
- Deep, hands-on mastery of Google Ads and other paid channels (LinkedIn, Bing, programmatic, display, retargeting).
- Experience setting and executing strategic marketing goals while collaborating with cross-functional teams to align marketing with sales and revenue targets.
- Strong understanding of the full B2B SaaS funnel from lead gen through MQL/SQL to pipeline contribution.
- Managed and optimized multi-million-dollar annual digital ad budgets with focus on ROI, CAC efficiency, and revenue influence.
- Skilled at diving into analytics, running A/B tests, and making data-backed optimizations.
- Ability to partner with and influence sales, operations, and product marketing stakeholders.
- Strong appetite for testing, optimization, and leveraging AI-driven marketing tools.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
