- Produce reports on digital metrics for leadership review
- Guide the integration of CRM and marketing automation tools
- Assist in the planning of digital content calendars
- Respond to emerging digital trends relevant to the sector
- Help shape messaging for public-facing digital communications
- Manage domain and hosting environments in coordination with IT
- Support online event promotion and registration systems
- Maintain consistency in visual design across digital platforms
- Ensure data privacy and security standards are followed online
