Leap Event Technology is looking for a Digital Marketing Analyst to support our clients with the full lifecycle of their email marketing campaigns. You'll join a diverse and passionate team dedicated to helping event organizers transform their experiences.
What You'll Do
- Create and communicate email click reports for client campaigns
- Update and maintain client email reporting dashboards
- Communicate dashboard updates to clients on a weekly and monthly basis
- Provide insights on data based on observations and trends
- Communicate insights to the internal team
- Perform HTML coding for emails
- Edit email platform templates
- Perform minor graphic design tasks
- Create, schedule, and send email campaigns in client marketing platforms
- Proofread emails and verify all links
- Manage client requests as they are received
- Account for time spent on projects

- Ability to work independently and self-motivate, as this is a remote position
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Capability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
- Strong ability to manage your own time, prioritize tasks, and work self-directed
- Able to identify problems, their sources, and potential solutions while maintaining daily operations
- A flexible and reliable team player, both within your department and the company
Nice to Have
- 1 year of experience in a related role
- HTML coding experience
- Experience with email marketing tools like Oracle Eloqua, HubSpot, Mailchimp, and/or Salesforce Marketing Cloud
