Hire Digital is hiring a Digital Marketer to blend hands-on marketing execution with strategic account management. You will plan and oversee SEO, paid media, email, and conversion programs while keeping clients informed and specialist teams aligned.
What You'll Do
- Translate business goals into full-funnel media mixes and test plans.
- Step in to tweak bids, audiences, or landing-page copy when needed.
- Build Looker Studio dashboards and run cohort and attribution analysis.
- Convert numbers into action items for creatives and developers.
- Explain platform changes (like cookie deprecation) in plain English.
- Negotiate priorities and phase approaches when budgets shift.
- Diagnose performance dips, tech glitches, or creative fatigue and rally the right experts to fix them fast.
What We're Looking For
- 3 to 6 years running paid and organic digital programs, with deep expertise in at least one channel.
- Mastery of Google Ads, Meta Ads, GA4, and basic SQL/Sheets.
- Proven client-facing experience and skill in storytelling with data.
- Ability to brief and manage designers, developers, and copywriters.
Nice to Have
- Familiarity with CDPs is a plus.

Benefits & Compensation
- Compensation: S$4,000 to S$8,000 per month.
