About the Role
This role is responsible for managing the end-to-end implementation of digital health platforms, working closely with clients and internal teams to ensure timely, compliant, and efficient onboarding and system integration.
Responsibilities
- Lead the full lifecycle implementation of digital health technologies for clients
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align technical and operational requirements
- Develop and manage project timelines, milestones, and deliverables
- Serve as the primary point of contact during the onboarding process
- Translate client needs into actionable implementation plans
- Ensure all deployments meet regulatory and data security standards
- Conduct training sessions for client teams on platform usage
- Monitor project progress and proactively address risks or delays
- Maintain detailed documentation throughout the implementation process
- Support integration with existing client systems and workflows
- Gather and incorporate client feedback to improve deployment processes
- Coordinate with technical teams to resolve configuration issues
- Ensure consistent communication between stakeholders
- Drive client engagement from initiation through go-live and transition to support
- Adapt implementation strategies based on client-specific needs
