About the Role

This role is responsible for managing the end-to-end implementation of digital health platforms, working closely with clients and internal teams to ensure timely, compliant, and efficient onboarding and system integration.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the full lifecycle implementation of digital health technologies for clients
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align technical and operational requirements
  • Develop and manage project timelines, milestones, and deliverables
  • Serve as the primary point of contact during the onboarding process
  • Translate client needs into actionable implementation plans
  • Ensure all deployments meet regulatory and data security standards
  • Conduct training sessions for client teams on platform usage
  • Monitor project progress and proactively address risks or delays
  • Maintain detailed documentation throughout the implementation process
  • Support integration with existing client systems and workflows
  • Gather and incorporate client feedback to improve deployment processes
  • Coordinate with technical teams to resolve configuration issues
  • Ensure consistent communication between stakeholders
  • Drive client engagement from initiation through go-live and transition to support
  • Adapt implementation strategies based on client-specific needs
