SAP Software Solutions is hiring a Digital Demand Associate (DDA) for our Digital Hub in Cairo. In this role, you will be a critical member of the Demand Intelligence Team (DIT), working to uncover addressable market opportunities and strengthen the data foundation for SAP’s demand generation engine. You will collaborate closely with Demand Managers, Sales, and Sales Development Managers to plan, prepare, and follow up on digital demand generation campaigns.
What You'll Do
- Validate and improve data quality throughout the demand generation process, including account validation and cleansing of firmographic data.
- Create target account lists using intelligent segmentation tools.
- Profile account contacts to prepare for demand generation campaigns.
- Collaborate as part of the EMEA DDA community, interacting with DDAs from other locations.
What We're Looking For
- A Bachelor's or Master's degree with an interest in sales or business development within the Software Industry.
- Fluent in English and Arabic, both written and oral.
- Ability to work daily from the Digital Hub office in Cairo.
- Great analytical skills combined with strong interpersonal abilities.
- Strong knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite, especially MS Excel.
- A strong team player who can also work independently, learn and adapt quickly, and take ownership of tasks.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work and results within tight deadlines.
