DaVita, which is Italian for 'giving life,' is seeking a Dialysis Experienced Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) to provide care in an outpatient dialysis center. You will build long-term relationships with patients dealing with end-stage renal failure or chronic kidney disease in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

- Deliver care to patients with multiple co-morbidities, requiring unique treatment plans.
- Leverage a broad range of nursing skills and knowledge daily.
- Commit to improving patient health through clinical goal setting and quality improvement initiatives.
What We're Looking For
- Dialysis experience is required.
- Current LPN-LVN license in the state of practice.
- Current CPR certification.
- IV certification if required by state regulations.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Completed training program approved by the medical director and governing body per CMS guidelines.
- Basic computer skills and proficiency in MS Word and Outlook.
- Functional proficiency in DaVita computer systems within 90 days of hire.
- Flexible schedule to work mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Nice to Have
- BONENT or CHT certification preferred or as required by state regulation.
- Minimum of one year's experience in a hospital or clinical setting.
