Zoom is looking for a Business Operations Manager to join our Online Business Operations team. In this role, you will align sales strategies with business objectives and drive revenue forecasting, reporting, and data integrity for the global Online organization. Your work will focus on optimizing processes and building scalable programs that directly impact growth and retention.
What You'll Do
- Perform budgeting, planning, financial analysis, capital expenditure reviews, and variance analysis.
- Evaluate pricing structures to align with company objectives.
- Maintain and enhance costing models, margin management tools, and forecasting processes.
- Partner with FP&A and online leadership on revenue planning and team targets.
- Capture and analyze sales KPIs, historical trends, and revenue data for QBRs, leadership meetings, earnings calls, and investor presentations.
- Manage and optimize Salesforce CRM data, dashboards, analysis, and reporting tools to drive insights and data integrity.
- Prepare and deliver leadership and stakeholder presentations.
- Train users and leaders on dashboards and tool usage, assisting with troubleshooting.
- Optimize existing processes and policies to support scalable programs.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to align business objectives and outcomes.
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor’s with 10+ years of related experience, MS with 8+ years, PhD with 5 years, or equivalent experience.
- Experience managing P&L with necessary financial modeling and business acumen.
- Robust background in budgeting, planning, variance analysis, and revenue forecasting.
- Proficient in Salesforce CRM, dashboards, and reporting tools.
- Ability to maintain and own data quality and consistency in sales and marketing systems for the SMB segment.
- Advanced organizational development, program management, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work effectively in dynamic environments with diverse stakeholders.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with experience preparing presentations for internal and external stakeholders.
- Proven ability to partner cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Product, Finance, and Operations.
- Experience mentoring or leading teams.
- Comfortable in high-growth environments and able to prioritize strategically across multiple initiatives.
