About the Role
This role supports the sustainability team by collecting and analyzing environmental data, preparing reports, and assisting with the implementation of sustainability programs across managed sites.
Responsibilities
- Gather energy, water, and waste consumption data from various facilities
- Verify data accuracy and ensure consistency across reporting platforms
- Assist in preparing performance dashboards and sustainability metrics
- Support the development of annual sustainability reports
- Track regulatory compliance requirements related to environmental standards
- Help coordinate internal audits for sustainability certifications
- Collaborate with operations teams to identify efficiency opportunities
- Research emerging sustainability trends and best practices
- Maintain databases for environmental performance tracking
- Contribute to the rollout of sustainability awareness campaigns
- Participate in meetings with internal stakeholders and external partners
- Document processes and procedures for sustainability workflows
- Monitor utility invoices for anomalies and reporting alignment
- Support greenhouse gas emissions calculations and reduction strategies
- Assist in benchmarking facility performance against industry standards
- Help manage documentation for third-party audits
- Track progress toward corporate sustainability goals
- Use digital tools to update and maintain sustainability records
- Provide administrative support for sustainability projects
- Ensure confidentiality and proper handling of sensitive data
- Follow established protocols for data collection and reporting
- Engage with site teams to verify data inputs
- Summarize findings for team review and decision-making
- Contribute to continuous improvement of sustainability systems
- Adhere to organizational policies and professional standards
