Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end release management for the pricing platform, ensuring consistent and reliable delivery.
- Establish and maintain a repeatable, audit-compliant release process with defined cadence, entry and exit criteria, approvals, change windows, and rollback procedures.
- Collaborate with engineering, QA, security, and operations teams to align release activities and ensure quality outcomes.
- Chair release planning meetings and Go/NoGo decision forums to assess release readiness.
- Maintain and communicate the release calendar, ensuring synchronization across product, engineering, QA, and operations.
- Own the health, performance, and reliability of build and deployment pipelines.
- Drive automation across build, test execution, security scanning, and environment promotion processes.
- Continuously improve deployment speed, system reliability, and traceability across environments.
- Ensure Infrastructure as Code (IaC) is secure, resilient, compliant, and cost-efficient.
- Lead cross-functional initiatives such as CI/CD enhancements, audit preparation, and disaster recovery planning.
- Promote test coverage, system observability, and post-incident review practices to improve system resilience.
- Monitor and optimize build and deployment pipelines for efficiency and stability.
- Maintain comprehensive documentation and support knowledge sharing across teams.
- Track release progress, identify risks, and align stakeholders to ensure smooth delivery.
- Define and monitor key pipeline and release health metrics.
- Report release status and progress to leadership and cross-functional stakeholders.
Requirements
- Demonstrated leadership experience in release management and governance roles.
- Hands-on experience with User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and operational readiness processes.
- Strong technical and process expertise in cloud computing, with preference for AWS, and familiarity with Agile SDLC.
- Extensive background in quality assurance and quality control practices.
- Proven project management skills, including planning, budgeting, resource allocation, and cross-team coordination.
- Experience developing and managing quality assurance and release governance processes.
- Proficiency with testing and defect tracking tools.
- Experience leading teams in electronic channels such as web, mobile, and tablet platforms.
- Minimum of 5 years in technology roles with focus on program management, operations, or technology functions.
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field, or equivalent professional experience.
- Solid understanding of APIs, microservices, frontend and backend systems, on-prem infrastructure, and CI/CD pipelines.
- Experience using Jira, Confluence, and working within Agile/Scrum environments.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to deliver clear, concise status updates to stakeholders.
- Proven ability to coordinate cross-functional technology initiatives.

Compensation
Annual base salary range is $135,000 - $160,000 USD per year. Total on-target compensation includes base salary and performance-based short-term incentives.
