it's prodigy, a fast-growing startup focused on technological innovation, is hiring a DevOps Engineer. In this fully remote role based in Italy, you will design, deploy, and maintain reliable, scalable systems. You'll collaborate closely with development teams to ensure smooth delivery of applications, working across both on-premises and cloud environments.

What You'll Do

• Manage and deploy infrastructure in on-premises and cloud environments.
• Implement and maintain containerized applications using Docker and orchestration with Kubernetes.
• Automate infrastructure provisioning with Terraform and configuration management with Ansible.
• Set up, configure, and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins and GitHub Actions.
• Manage source code and versioning with GitHub.
• Develop and maintain scripts using at least one programming language like Python or Bash.
• Perform SQL CRUD operations and maintain database systems.
• Administer Linux systems and troubleshoot system, process, and network issues.
• Configure and manage web servers such as Apache and NGINX, including SSL setup.
• Manage build and dependency tools like Maven.
• Monitor system performance, processes, and security.
• Collaborate with teams to improve deployment processes and system reliability.

What We're Looking For

• English proficiency at B1 level or higher.
• Solid experience with Linux administration and networking concepts.
• Knowledge of Docker, Kubernetes, Terraform, Jenkins, GitHub/GitHub Actions, and Ansible.
• Experience with at least one programming language.
• SQL knowledge for CRUD operations.
• Understanding of web servers (Apache/Nginx) and SSL certificates.
• Familiarity with Maven and Linux processes.

• Hands-on experience in both cloud and on-premises environments.
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
