Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain infrastructure-as-code templates using AWS CloudFormation.
- Automate cloud resource provisioning and configuration management workflows.
- Implement and optimize CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins.
- Integrate security and compliance controls into deployment processes.
- Collaborate with engineering teams to standardize deployment practices.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues in automated infrastructure and pipelines.
- Maintain version control using Git-based systems such as Bitbucket.
- Document infrastructure changes and processes in Confluence.
- Ensure adherence to SOC2, PCI, and other compliance frameworks.
Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in DevOps, Site Reliability Engineering, or cloud infrastructure roles.
- Extensive hands-on experience with AWS CloudFormation is required.
- Proficiency in scripting languages, with a preference for Python.
- Experience using Chef or comparable configuration management tools.
- Proven track record building and maintaining Jenkins CI/CD pipelines.
- Familiarity with security and compliance standards such as SOC2 and PCI.
- Experience working with Git-based source control systems like Bitbucket or Git.
- Working knowledge of Jira for task tracking and Confluence for documentation.
- Fluent English communication skills, both written and spoken, at B2+ or C1 level.
- Prior experience working remotely with teams based in the United States.
Nice to Have
- Experience with Terraform and Ansible is a strong advantage.
- Background supporting AWS database services including Aurora, RDS, and MySQL.
