Provide advanced technical support and education to partners, empowering them to grow their capabilities in Cisco’s Data Center and AI portfolios. You’ll design and deliver solution demonstrations, hands-on labs, and training workshops that translate complex infrastructure concepts into practical, real-world applications.
What You'll Do
- Configure and manage multi-vendor environments to showcase integrated solution outcomes aligned with customer goals.
- Create and present technical content for workshops, proof-of-concepts, and partner-facing events.
- Act as a technical authority across internal teams, vendors, and partner organizations.
- Lead deep-dive sessions on AI workloads, GPU acceleration, hybrid cloud, and data center architectures.
- Collaborate with engineering and vendor teams to stay aligned with product roadmaps and emerging technologies.
- Evaluate the impact of enablement programs and refine delivery approaches to improve engagement and outcomes.
- Represent the organization at industry forums, customer meetings, and strategic partner engagements.
Requirements
- Proven experience with data center technologies including Cisco UCS and Nexus platforms.
- Working knowledge of VXLAN, EVPN, ACI, and storage architectures such as SAN, NAS, and NVMe over Fabrics.
- Familiarity with virtualization environments including VMware vSphere (ESXi), KVM, and Hyper-V.
- Experience automating infrastructure using tools like Terraform, Ansible, Python, or Cisco Intersight.
- Ability to communicate technical details effectively to technical and non-technical audiences.
- Understanding of cybersecurity, cloud, and networking solutions within enterprise environments.
- Fundamental industry certifications related to data center or networking technologies preferred.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Advanced Linux skills and experience with AI frameworks and GPU drivers such as NVIDIA.
- Cisco certifications such as CCNP Data Center or DevNet Professional.
- Seven or more years in technical roles focused on data center infrastructure.
- At least two years delivering technical training or facilitation programs.
Work Mode
This is a hybrid position based in Buffalo, NY, with the flexibility to work remotely up to two days per week.
