Responsibilities
- Serve as a technical authority across the organization's Salesforce ecosystem, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Community Cloud, and Government Cloud.
- Partner with product and business leaders to convert business requirements into efficient, scalable front-end implementations.
- Maintain and document current API integrations and third-party applications within the Salesforce environment.
- Support external teams in defining strategic plans for workflow platform adoption and evolution.
- Act as the primary Salesforce specialist within the IT Process Engineering group for all platform-related initiatives.
- Work with stakeholder groups to oversee platform lifecycle management and ensure organizational process consistency.
- Detect and resolve legacy system inefficiencies and accumulated technical debt within Salesforce.
- Coordinate with support units to quickly address production incidents affecting critical business operations.
- Collaborate on improving deployment practices to increase efficiency and reliability across environments.
- Ensure compliance with corporate conduct policies, including reporting any observed violations.
