Responsibilities
- Lead the planning and prioritization of educational content across video, written guides, and courses, defining what to build, when, and for which developer segments
- Work closely with product and engineering teams during feature rollouts to ensure all major updates include comprehensive educational resources and documentation
- Coordinate with Developer Relations to align on YouTube content, community-driven materials, and programs such as certification and ambassador initiatives
- Oversee and guide video production teams, technical writers, and external contractors to deliver content according to the roadmap
- Perform regular reviews of existing content to determine updates, retirements, or new additions as platform features advance
- Establish meaningful performance indicators that measure real developer engagement, product adoption, and skill development
- Partner with teams across marketing, product, and MoE to ensure educational content reaches developers effectively and matches the quality provided to non-technical users
