Responsibilities

  • Collaborate closely with Sales and Go-to-Market teams by participating in customer meetings, resolving technical challenges, and supporting strategic deals related to development features, design systems, and API integrations
  • Lead technical representation across the JAPAC region by engaging in field events, product launches, and industry moments to connect with developer communities
  • Develop functional, production-grade examples, tools, and prototypes that mirror real-world development practices instead of simplified demonstrations
  • Produce reusable technical resources such as documentation, sample code, and in-depth tutorials that support practical integration into developers' existing workflows
  • Channel actionable insights from users and the broader community to influence product decisions, contributing to feature development before and after release
  • Support collaboration between design and engineering teams by improving processes around design systems, design tokens, and development tools
