The Role We are seeking a strategically oriented and insight-driven professional to join our Central Employee Survey Team. This position operates at the intersection of analytics, employee engagement, and organizational development — helping to shape our approach to understanding employee perspectives, identifying engagement drivers, and translating insights into meaningful actions. You will collaborate closely with data and analytics experts, transforming technical outputs into compelling narratives, actionable strategies, and high-level presentations. Your work will directly influence board discussions and shape the future of our employee experience and listening strategy. What You'll Do - Employee Listening & Survey Management: Support global employee survey and pulse program design, ensuring alignment with organizational culture and business priorities. - Insight Translation & Storytelling: Collaborate with analytics teams to interpret quantitative results, identify trends, and construct clear, persuasive narratives guiding leadership toward impactful actions. - Transform data and findings into engaging reports, visual summaries, and executive-level presentations. - Hypothesis Development & Collaboration: Bridge People Analytics and HR leadership by formulating hypotheses, asking strategic questions, and shaping analytical priorities. - Engagement Program Development: Drive engagement initiative evolution by translating insights into concrete actions. - Employee Listening Strategy: Contribute to global employee listening framework design, including questionnaire development and emerging continuous feedback methodologies. - Stakeholder Management: Partner with HR Business Partners, Organizational Development, and Communications to embed survey insights and drive measurable improvements. Qualifications - Bachelor's or Master's degree in Organizational Psychology, HR, Business, Communications, or related field. - 5+ years experience in employee engagement, HR insights, or people strategy roles. - Proven ability to convert analytics into strategic narratives and leadership presentations. - High data literacy without requiring coding skills. - Strong conceptual and strategic thinking. - Experience developing enterprise-wide engagement programs. - Excellent storytelling and communication skills for executive audiences. - Confident presentation creator with visual storytelling expertise. - Ability to influence and engage senior stakeholders.
