Deutsche Telekom IT Solutions Hungary is seeking a Release Train Engineer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for implementing the SAFe framework within the Agile Release Train (ART) of the GSN SuperSquad, moderating key agile events, and ensuring alignment across teams and stakeholders.
What You'll Do
- Implement the SAFe framework in the Agile Release Train (ART) of the GSN SuperSquad.
- Moderate agile events at the ART level such as Program Increment (PI) Planning, Scrum of Scrums, Inspect & Adapt (I&A), System Demos, and ART Sync Meetings.
- Lead Agile/Scrum Masters.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure alignment between Agile teams, responsible parties, product management, and leadership.
- Support the product manager in managing the program backlog and ensuring artifacts are clear and up-to-date.
- Support the removal of obstacles within the teams.
What We're Looking For
- Minimum 3 years of experience in agile program management.
- Strong understanding of agile frameworks (SAFe, Scrum, Kanban, Lean) and agile metrics.
- Ability to lead distributed teams and manage complex dependencies.
- German language skills at C1 level.
Nice to Have
- Senior Scrum Master experience.
- SAFe Release Train Engineer (RTE) certification (or equivalent Agile certification).
- English language skills.

This role is based locally in Hungary.
