About the Role

WinAir is looking for a Sales Manager (m/w/d) for the northern region to join our team. In this role, you will drive growth by acquiring new customers and expanding existing relationships in the field of electrical operational safety and occupational protection. You will be a key player in shaping our success in the region.

What You'll Do

  • Acquire new customers and proactively expand relationships with existing ones.
  • Prepare and conduct sales conversations and presentations, both virtually and on-site.
  • Create offers, lead contract negotiations, and successfully close deals.
  • Collaborate closely with internal service and technical departments to ensure project success and high customer satisfaction.
  • Analyze customer needs and develop tailored solutions to meet them.
  • Document all sales activities and independently monitor your sales-relevant KPIs.

What We're Looking For

  • A completed commercial vocational training or university degree.
  • At least 3 years of professional experience in sales of technical services.
  • A passion for sales, an independent and goal-oriented working style, and high self-motivation.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills, with a strong customer and service orientation.
  • Willingness to travel and possession of a valid driver's license.

Work Mode

This is a hybrid role. Candidates should be based near or willing to travel to key locations in northern Germany, including Bremen, Hamburg, Kiel, Berlin, and Dresden.
