WinAir is hiring a (Junior) Sales Manager (m/w/d) for Deutsche Prüfservice GmbH to champion growth in western Germany. In this role, you will be at the forefront of our expansion, focusing on acquiring new customers and deepening relationships for our electrical safety and occupational protection services.
What You'll Do
- Actively acquire new customers and expand existing customer relationships.
- Prepare and execute sales conversations and presentations, both virtually and on-site.
- Create offers, lead contract negotiations, and close contracts.
- Collaborate closely with inside sales and technical departments to ensure project success and customer satisfaction.
- Analyze customer needs and develop tailored solutions.
- Document sales activities and independently monitor your sales-relevant KPIs.
What We're Looking For
- Relevant sales experience, preferably in the field of technical services.
- Passion for sales, an independent and goal-oriented work style, and a high degree of self-motivation.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills, with a customer- and service-oriented mindset.
- Willingness to travel and a valid driver's license.
- Negotiation-level German language skills in both spoken and written form.
