At WinAir, we are looking for a (Junior) Sales Manager (m/w/d) Nord to join our team at Deutsche Prüfservice GmbH. In this role, you will be responsible for acquiring new customers and expanding existing relationships in the technical services sector, with a focus on electrical operational safety and occupational protection.

What You'll Do

Actively acquire new customers and expand existing customer relationships.
Prepare and execute sales conversations and presentations, both virtual and on-site.
Create offers, conduct contract negotiations, and close contracts.
Analyze customer needs and develop tailored solutions.
Document sales activities and independently monitor your sales-relevant KPIs.
Collaborate closely with internal service and technical departments to ensure project success and customer satisfaction.

What We're Looking For

Relevant sales experience, preferably in the field of technical services.
A passion for sales, an independent and goal-oriented way of working, and a high degree of self-motivation.
Strong communication and negotiation skills with a customer and service orientation.
Willingness to travel and a valid driver's license.
Negotiation-level German language skills, both spoken and written.
