About the Role

We are looking for a Sales Support & CRM Manager to join Ayming’s Sales & Business Development team in Germany. This part-time role (20-30 hours per week) is central to optimizing our sales processes and CRM operations.

What You'll Do

  • Support the sales team throughout the entire process from lead generation to closing
  • Create and maintain offers, contracts, and sales presentations
  • Manage the CRM system (Salesforce Germany), ensuring data integrity, reporting, and user training
  • Develop reports, dashboards, and analyses of sales performance
  • Collaborate closely with marketing, IT, and international sales teams
  • Identify and implement improvements to sales and CRM processes
  • Provide administrative support and manage central tools like Dealfront, Tapni, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator

What We're Looking For

  • A completed Bachelor's degree or comparable commercial training
  • Proficient use of MS Office
  • Analytical and structured approach with strong communication skills
  • A team-oriented mindset
  • Very good verbal and written skills in both German and English

Nice to Have

  • Initial professional experience in Sales Support, CRM Management, or Business Development
