Viget is seeking a Design Manager to oversee a network of contract designers, ensuring high-quality deliverables and fostering a supportive, connected, and motivated environment. This role is critical in maintaining Viget’s standards while supporting long-term client engagements with major companies like Robinhood and Coinbase.
What You'll Do
- Ensure that work delivered by contract designers meets Viget’s quality standards
- Support, connect, and motivate contract designers within the network
- Manage and maintain a carefully vetted network of contract designers
- Oversee long-term client engagements involving contract design teams
What We're Looking For
- Experience managing contract or freelance design teams
- Proven ability to uphold high design quality standards
- Strong leadership and people management skills
- Experience working with major client organizations on digital product design
Nice to Have
- Experience working with fintech or high-profile tech clients such as Robinhood or Coinbase
- Background in digital product and platform design
- Familiarity with hybrid or remote work models
