About the Role

Capgemini is looking for a Junior Aeronautical Design Engineer to join the concessions area within a major international aerospace project. In this role, you will help evaluate non-conformities, prepare parts and technical documentation, and define structural repairs as part of a multidisciplinary team.

What You'll Do

  • Evaluate and analyze non-conformities derived from manufacturing and assembly processes.
  • Prepare parts and structural elements in composite and metallic materials.
  • Develop technical justifications for repair documentation.
  • Perform Repair Engineering by proposing the appropriate repair procedure.
  • Provide technical support to multidisciplinary teams (Design, Fatigue, Manufacturing, etc.).

What We're Looking For

  • Bachelor's degree in Aeronautical/Aerospace Engineering or Mechanical/Industrial Engineering.
  • Spanish is essential.
  • Proficiency in CATIA (Mechanical Design, Assembly, Drafting, Sheetmetal modules).
  • Knowledge of Airbus Product Management documentation.
  • Understanding of Airbus standards and regulations.

Nice to Have

  • Master's degree in Aeronautical/Aerospace Engineering.
  • Master's degree in Mechanical/Industrial Engineering.
  • English at a B2/C1 level: advanced reading, writing, and comprehension; fluent conversation is desirable.
  • Programming skills in VBA / Python.
  • Experience in Structural Design (metallic and composite materials).
  • Experience in Repairs (SRM - Service Repair Manual).
  • Experience in Repair Engineering.
  • Experience in Programming.

You will work in a multidisciplinary environment, collaborating closely with Design, Fatigue, Manufacturing, and other key technical teams.
