Responsibilities
- Direct the performance of Fixed Price Design Build and Progressive Design Build for Water and Wastewater Projects across the United States.
- Manage activities in executing a detailed multi-discipline design through AECOM’s design centers.
- Overall project management for procurement, scheduling, VE or constructability reviews.
- Familiarity with job cost reporting and budget control activities through the life of the project.
- Perform EAC analysis during on-site construction as prime contracting entity.
Requirements
- Proven project management skills to deliver projects at or under budget and on schedule.
- Ability to schedule and manage complex delivery teams.
- Capable of performing in both engineering management and construction project management capacities.
Nice to Have
- Experience with alternative delivery project management, Construction Management (at-risk), or prime contracting.
- Water/wastewater industry experience.
- Experience in industrial process-oriented construction fields.
