- Develop architectural designs and plans for residential and commercial buildings
- Work closely with clients, contractors, and project managers to maintain high-quality project outcomes
- Collaborate with fellow architects and design professionals to uphold company standards
- Interpret and apply local building codes and regulations to ensure legal compliance
- Monitor and assess project development to verify alignment with approved designs
- Deliver design presentations to clients, management, and internal stakeholders
- Forecast project expenses and establish realistic timelines to meet budget and deadline requirements
