Cosy Hauz A Ltd. is looking for a Design Architect to develop innovative architectural solutions for residential and commercial projects across the UK. You'll work from home, creating architectural plans while coordinating with clients and project teams.

What You'll Do

Create and design architectural plans for residential and commercial properties.
Collaborate with clients, contractors, and project managers to ensure projects are completed to the highest possible standard.
Coordinate with other architects and designers to ensure projects meet company standards.
Understand building codes and regulations to ensure compliance is met.
Review and evaluate project progress to ensure it meets the approved design.
Present design proposals to clients, project managers and company executives.
Estimate project costs and set project timelines to ensure completion within budget and deadlines.

What We're Looking For

Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Architecture or a related field.
Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in architectural design.
Strong proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, Revit, and SketchUp.
In-depth knowledge of UK building codes and regulations.
Ability to work independently and manage projects remotely.
Exceptional communication skills to collaborate effectively with clients and colleagues.
Proven ability to meet project deadlines and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
