Kruger NearShore LLC - Rekluti is hiring a Senior PEGA Developer to work on a strategic digital transformation project for an international client in the financial sector. You will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing end-to-end solutions on the PEGA PRPC platform, ensuring alignment with business requirements and enterprise standards. This is a contractor position with payment in USD.

What You'll Do

Design, develop, and implement PEGA solutions aligned with functional and technical requirements.
Develop and maintain applications following guardrails, patterns, and industry standards.
Ensure enterprise standards in performance, scalability, observability, and security.
Integrate PEGA with enterprise systems using REST, SOAP, JMS, and APIs.
Resolve complex technical incidents in multi-application environments.
Conduct code reviews and mentor junior developers.
Produce technical documentation, including solution design, data mappings, and deployment guides.
Work under Agile methodology (Scrum).
Stay updated on PEGA 8.x functionalities and emerging trends.

What We're Looking For

5+ years of proven experience in designing, developing, and implementing PEGA applications.
Solid experience in PEGA PRPC, including Case Management, Workflows, UI, Activities, Data Pages, and Decision Rules.
Mandatory experience with PEGA 8.x.
Experience integrating PEGA with external systems (REST, SOAP, JMS, APIs).
Experience in projects for enterprise-scale clients.
Experience working in complex environments and modern architectures.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Experience with Agile methodologies (Scrum).
Excellent communication skills to interact with both technical and business teams.
