Sutherland Global Services is hiring a Technical Project Manager (DES2) to lead the full delivery lifecycle of complex software initiatives. You'll bridge technical execution and project leadership, ensuring quality, scalability, and alignment for full-stack applications.

What You'll Do

Lead end-to-end project planning, execution, and delivery across full-stack applications, ensuring quality, scalability, and performance.
Collaborate with architects, developers, QA, and client stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions and roadmaps.
Drive sprint planning, backlog management, and progress tracking using Agile/Scrum methodologies and tools like Jira or Azure DevOps.
Oversee code reviews, solution design validation, and adherence to architectural standards and best practices.
Manage team performance and mentor engineers, fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
Ensure timely risk identification, mitigation, and transparent communication with clients and internal leadership.
Coordinate deployment, integration, and release planning activities, including automation and CI/CD processes.
Work closely with DevOps and infrastructure teams on environment setup, performance tuning, and production readiness.
Promote security, scalability, and cloud readiness in all delivered solutions.
Serve as the key client-facing technical leader, balancing delivery commitments, stakeholder communication, and strategic alignment.

What We're Looking For

12–15 years of overall experience in software delivery.
Minimum of 3–5 years in a Technical Project Manager or Tech Lead capacity.
Strong technical foundation in .NET Core, Web API, SQL, and modern front-end frameworks (Angular/React).
Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and cross-functional leadership skills.
Proven experience managing distributed teams.
Proven experience delivering projects using Agile methodologies.
