Inspired by Patients. Driven by Science. is looking for a Dermatology Medical Representative to deliver products to all patients in need and establish optimal access by connecting doctors and patients within the assigned territory.
What You'll Do
- Develop short-term customer engagement strategies for your assigned territory based on area strategy and plans.
- Collect, organize, and derive insights from information on assigned doctors, patients, and competitor trends to formulate customer engagement strategies.
- Proactively drive and reliably execute customer engagement activities to strengthen trust with doctors, HCPs, and stakeholders.
- Autonomously prepare the operational environment, including necessary stakeholder collaboration, to effectively promote customer engagement activities.
- Set optimal KPIs aligned with area strategy to monitor progress of the territory's customer engagement strategy.
- Timely monitor and analyze territory KPIs, and formulate and execute improvement measures swiftly and flexibly.
- Strictly adhere to compliance with relevant laws and guidelines.
- Share goals and policies with necessary stakeholders and collaborate for strategy execution.
- Build trust at the individual level with necessary stakeholders for short-term strategy execution and activities.
- Actively participate in sales department and team initiatives for skill enhancement and contribute by sharing knowledge, skills, and success cases.
- Identify personal development needs and autonomously work on skill enhancement and growth.
- Set appropriate performance goals and conduct self-evaluation after understanding your expected role.
- Understand performance evaluation and autonomously work on further challenges and performance improvement.
