Climate Power is hiring a Deputy Managing Director, States to lead and coordinate our state-focused climate advocacy initiatives. This role is central to executing our strategic goals at the state level.
What You'll Do
- Lead the strategic direction and execution of Climate Power’s state-level programs.
- Build and manage partnerships with state-based organizations and advocates.
- Oversee the development and implementation of state-specific advocacy campaigns.
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience in a senior leadership role managing advocacy, political, or campaign operations.
- Deep understanding of state-level climate policy and political landscapes.
- Strong strategic planning and team management skills.
