Responsibilities
- Design intelligent AI agent solutions using Agentforce, Data Cloud, Flow, and Salesforce APIs to address business challenges.
- Translate complex business needs into strategic deployment plans that emphasize business impact over technical details.
- Oversee end-to-end deployment of Agentforce solutions, ensuring integration with existing customer systems and infrastructure.
- Monitor project progress, identify risks, and guide optimization for scalability, security, and reliability, including AI behavior guardrails.
- Act as the primary customer-facing leader, building trusted relationships with C-suite executives and key stakeholders.
- Collaborate with customers to define Agentic AI strategies and long-term roadmaps aligned with business objectives.
- Promote responsible AI practices by implementing bias testing, risk mitigation, and ethical usage controls.
- Lead interactive workshops to co-design AI solutions and align cross-functional customer teams.
Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years in strategic solution design and oversight of cloud-based technology deployments, with success in enterprise projects.
- Proven experience managing AI or large language model (LLM) technology deployments from start to finish.
- Strong ability to solve ambiguous, open-ended problems with an analytical and solution-focused mindset.
- Demonstrated initiative, entrepreneurial drive, and focus on rapid delivery and measurable customer outcomes.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with ability to convey technical concepts to executives and non-technical audiences.
- Experience advising executive stakeholders in a consulting or strategic advisory capacity.

- Familiarity with the Salesforce platform and its ecosystem.
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce Data Cloud or Agentforce.
- Background in deploying conversational AI in regulated sectors such as healthcare or finance.
- Salesforce certifications such as Administrator, Data Cloud Consultant, or Agentforce Specialist.
- Knowledge of Salesforce CRM including Service, Sales, and Marketing Clouds.
- Understanding of AI/ML concepts including natural language processing beyond LLMs.
