Lead strategic implementation and adoption of AI-powered Agentforce solutions for key enterprise customers.. Serve as a trusted advisor, managing executive relationships and driving customer success through solution design and AI governance.. Focus on long-term value realization by aligning AI deployments with customer business goals and operational needs.

Responsibilities

  • Design intelligent AI agent solutions using Agentforce, Data Cloud, Flow, and Salesforce APIs to address business challenges.
  • Translate complex business needs into strategic deployment plans that emphasize business impact over technical details.
  • Oversee end-to-end deployment of Agentforce solutions, ensuring integration with existing customer systems and infrastructure.
  • Monitor project progress, identify risks, and guide optimization for scalability, security, and reliability, including AI behavior guardrails.
  • Act as the primary customer-facing leader, building trusted relationships with C-suite executives and key stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with customers to define Agentic AI strategies and long-term roadmaps aligned with business objectives.
  • Promote responsible AI practices by implementing bias testing, risk mitigation, and ethical usage controls.
  • Lead interactive workshops to co-design AI solutions and align cross-functional customer teams.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 5 years in strategic solution design and oversight of cloud-based technology deployments, with success in enterprise projects.
  • Proven experience managing AI or large language model (LLM) technology deployments from start to finish.
  • Strong ability to solve ambiguous, open-ended problems with an analytical and solution-focused mindset.
  • Demonstrated initiative, entrepreneurial drive, and focus on rapid delivery and measurable customer outcomes.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with ability to convey technical concepts to executives and non-technical audiences.
  • Experience advising executive stakeholders in a consulting or strategic advisory capacity.

Nice to Have

  • Familiarity with the Salesforce platform and its ecosystem.
  • Hands-on experience with Salesforce Data Cloud or Agentforce.
  • Background in deploying conversational AI in regulated sectors such as healthcare or finance.
  • Salesforce certifications such as Administrator, Data Cloud Consultant, or Agentforce Specialist.
  • Knowledge of Salesforce CRM including Service, Sales, and Marketing Clouds.
  • Understanding of AI/ML concepts including natural language processing beyond LLMs.

  • Travel requirement of 25-50% to customer sites as needed.
  • Fluency in both Korean and English, written and verbal, is required.
