What You'll Do
Work directly with customers to understand their operational challenges, objectives, and existing processes—often integrating into their teams to gain firsthand insight. Translate these insights into effective solutions using the company’s AI platform, collaborating with deployment engineers to prototype and implement high-impact features.
Identify and analyze critical data sources that influence customer decisions, and help structure them into reliable, scalable systems. Develop and refine workflows that address real business needs while supporting growth across departments. Lead onboarding and training initiatives to ensure teams adopt the platform effectively and sustainably.
Communicate strategic recommendations to stakeholders at all levels, from technical operators to executive leadership. Help expand customer engagement by uncovering new use cases and guiding long-term platform integration within organizations.
