Meter is hiring a Deployment Operations, Technical Project Manager. This is a product and technical project management role where you will own turning signed deals into live, reliable networks. You'll build operational systems that scale from dozens to thousands of deployments while delivering a clear, reliable, personal experience to our customers. Our mission is democratizing enterprise-grade connectivity, building the definitive networking stack for businesses.
What You'll Do
- Lead network design and planning with customers, turning their goals, constraints, and site realities into clear network designs and deployment plans.
- Set and maintain clear expectations with customers and internal teams, manage risks and tradeoffs, and keep projects on track.
- Develop and refine the standards, tools, and workflows that define how Meter deploys, so that future projects are faster, simpler, and more consistent.
- Look across deployments to spot patterns, use data to understand what is working or not, and work with Product and Engineering when changes to our platform or tools are needed.
- Build and scale the operational foundation that lets Meter support many more customers without sacrificing quality or customer experience.
- Lead larger, more complex rollouts across new markets, industries, and regions.
- Shape the internal tooling and processes used to plan, execute, and track deployments.

- Compensation: £59,360 – £100,880 + equity: Eligible to participate in Meter's equity plan.
