Responsibilities
- Leading intricate deployment projects, system migrations, and key customer initiatives involving API management, infrastructure, and GitOps practices
- Creating robust, scalable architectural designs and resolving advanced technical issues
- Partnering directly with customer engineering teams to configure and deploy staging and production environments
- Executing professional services projects and providing ongoing support for strategic clients
- Detecting potential risks, eliminating obstacles, and ensuring successful project outcomes
- Coordinating with cross-functional teams including Customer Success, Product, Engineering, and Sales
- Providing actionable customer feedback to inform product and platform development
- Conducting in-depth analysis of product and code to diagnose root causes, develop solutions, and submit engineering pull requests when needed to resolve customer blockers
