We are looking for a Dental Practice Specialist to drive significant sales growth within our oral care business. You will be responsible for negotiating and closing large opportunities by leveraging data insights and collaborating broadly across the organization to meet ambitious targets.
What You'll Do
- Negotiate and close substantial sales opportunities by presenting persuasively to individuals and groups.
- Consistently meet and exceed sales objectives while managing administrative and CRM duties.
- Solve complex problems with a positive attitude in a competitive market environment.
- Analyze point-of-sale and market share data to strategically allocate time and resources.
- Collaborate and share knowledge with colleagues across various segments of the organization.
What We're Looking For
- A Bachelor’s Degree or higher plus 3 years of experience in the oral care industry, OR a High School Diploma/GED plus 7 years of experience in the oral care industry.
- Experience gained in a private, public, government, or military environment.
- A current, valid Driver’s License.
- Demonstrated experience with Data Analytics.
- Hands-on knowledge and experience with CRM platforms such as Salesforce.
Nice to Have
- Bi-Lingual skills, preferably in Spanish.
- Five (5) years of proven sales experience, including contract sales, in a private, public, government, or military environment.
- Excellent skills in business math, pricing, margin, and gross profit analysis.
- Proven successful sales performance specifically in the Dental field.
- The ability to multi-task and process technical information effectively.
- Strong presentation skills for audiences including doctors, staff, and peers.
- Advanced data analytics skills, with the ability to decipher and apply logic from sales data.
- Working knowledge of Excel, PowerPoint, and other Office format software.
- A personable demeanor and ability to make a positive impact on customers and colleagues.

Work Mode
This is a hybrid position. The sales territory is remote within the state of Ohio, with a preference for candidates in the Columbus area.
