ComeOn Group is looking for a CRM Manager to own and lead the CRM strategy for the Danish market. In this role, you will manage a team of two CRM Executives across three brands and verticals, overseeing day-to-day operations to align with our strategic goals and deliver innovative player experiences.
What You'll Do
- Lead, mentor, and support the CRM team.
- Plan and execute engaging, data-driven campaigns and offers.
- Collaborate with key stakeholders across the business.
- Manage and coordinate CRM-related projects together with the wider CRM team.
- Analyze performance data to continually optimize customer communications.
What We're Looking For
- Experience in CRM.
- Experience managing a team.
- Strong understanding of the global online gaming landscape.
- Solid understanding of bonus types and mechanics across the customer lifecycle in sportsbook & casino.
- Strong numerical and analytical skills.
- Fluency in Danish is a must.

- Willing to think out of the box to deliver top tier engagement.
Team & Environment
You will manage a team of two CRM Executives and work closely with the VIP Manager, Senior CRM Manager, and Country Manager.
