Responsibilities
- Develop and manage top-funnel advertising campaigns on Google, LinkedIn, and external networks to attract high-intent prospects
- Lead testing initiatives and allocate budgets across channels to increase qualified demand and boost downstream sales impact
- Create and refine automated lifecycle marketing workflows in Marketo to advance MQLs to SQLs and sales opportunities
- Develop lead segmentation and scoring models to identify high-potential prospects and ensure proper sales routing
- Oversee an AI-powered Sales Development Representative to engage inbound leads instantly and schedule meetings
- Establish clear handoff processes and escalation paths between marketing, sales, and client success teams
- Continuously refine messaging, outreach sequences, and automation triggers to increase response and meeting conversion rates
- Collaborate with sales teams to align on lead qualification standards, feedback mechanisms, and pipeline acceleration tactics
- Monitor and report on key metrics including MQL-to-SQL conversion, meeting bookings, opportunity generation, pipeline influence, and revenue contribution
- Design dashboards and revenue attribution models to connect marketing efforts to business outcomes
- Support systematic A/B testing across digital assets—including ads, landing pages, emails, and AI SDR messaging—to enhance conversion performance
