The Demand Generation Marketing Specialist will lead integrated multi-channel campaigns to grow the sales pipeline. This role focuses on executing and refining demand generation efforts across email, web, paid media, and lead lifecycle programs, with strong collaboration between marketing and sales teams to ensure effective lead qualification and nurturing.
Responsibilities
- Design and manage multi-channel demand generation campaigns across email, web, paid media, and organic channels.
- Create and refine email marketing initiatives such as newsletters, promotional messages, automated workflows, and behavioral triggers.
- Develop AI-powered workflows to expand pipeline and generate new sales opportunities.
- Conduct A/B testing on subject lines, calls to action, landing pages, and messaging to enhance campaign performance.
- Monitor, analyze, and report on key metrics including MQLs, conversion rates, opportunities, and pipeline influence.
- Implement website updates to support marketing campaigns, product rollouts, and conversion rate optimization.
- Improve landing pages and forms to increase lead capture efficiency and user experience.
- Collaborate with marketing and web teams to enhance SEO, user engagement, and site conversions.
- Use website analytics to identify trends and recommend data-driven improvements.
- Design and manage lead nurture programs tailored to buyer personas and stages in the customer journey.
- Support the development and refinement of lead scoring models in coordination with sales teams.
- Ensure accurate lead routing, clear MQL/SQL definitions, and maintain CRM data integrity.
- Evaluate funnel performance to detect bottlenecks in lead progression.
- Partner with sales to incorporate feedback, assess lead quality, and improve conversion rates.
- Maintain dashboards that track key demand generation performance indicators.
- Deliver insights on campaign ROI, attribution models, and marketing’s impact on revenue.
- Identify patterns in lead behavior and suggest strategies to improve marketing effectiveness and lead quality.
Requirements
- Minimum of three years of experience in demand generation marketing.
- Proven experience using marketing technology platforms such as Salesforce and Qualified.
- Hands-on background in managing email marketing campaigns and automated lead nurture sequences.
- Solid knowledge of B2B marketing funnels and lead qualification processes, including MQL and SQL definitions.
- Experience in optimizing websites and landing pages for conversion.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret marketing performance data.
- Forward-thinking approach to AI applications in lead follow-up and conversion optimization.
- Capability to design and implement AI-driven workflows that contribute to pipeline growth.
